It is

You are getting the drag from all that glycerin. Cut the glycerin

content to 1% and see how it feels.

It is a company, CO Bigelow Apothecaries. Here is a link to the product,

which is also carried by BBW. I have att'd a list of the ingredients if

you'd like to take a peak.

I cannot replicate this but am just trying to get close to the light,

glossy quick rub in of it...

Was looking at your formulation and yoru extra info. What happened when you

increased

the water percentage? Also, when you increased the water percentage, did you

decrease

the glycerin? We love their products. Looks like a good formula but can

understand what

you are saying about how it rubs in. We have ahd that problem as well.
