I am really glad you wrote in to let us know what has been going on with you. So your doctor increased your Flexeril to three times a day, does that seem to be helping?? My doctor also put me on Flexeril three times a day and I tell you, I seem like I can tackle things that I couldn't; before. It is almost like a false sense of strength and I start doing things that I know I should not do and i either fall down or hurt like hell from it. We have to be careful on these drugs to we don't do more damage than we already have.I don't think either one of us can afford that. So did you get a shower chair or bench to help out in showers?
