Vickie-while I am not familiar with the particular product- if it

was a cold process pearlizing material, the heating up may have

changed , by the heat, the stability of the product and it may not be

able to hold to\gether. the cloudiness may be some seperatino that

may just get worse. hope not.

<snip> I have a question and maybe someone can help me figure this out

I made a shower gel which contains the following ingredients:

<snip> And a product called Pearl Blend (Glycol Distearate, Laureth-4

(and)> Cocamidopropyl Betaine) - this ingredient is suppose to make

the shower gel have a pearly appearance, it does say that this is a

cold blend material, but.. I heated this with my other ingredients

and the appearance is not pearly - more cloudy than pearly.

Do you think it may get the pearly affect after it sits for a

while? I have been noticing that with each day it does become more

and more cloudy> Any suggestions or comments?
