Can't answer your question, but as an aside, I found this website

http://www.nutritiondata.com which I use to track my food intake.

It's a bit cumbersome, as you need to remove the tracking foods if you want

to use it on a daily basis, but it is definitely helpful in keeping track of

your protein and other nutrient data.

Personally, I go with about 190g worth, so close to 3/4 or 4/5 of a

cup. Fat-free CC is quite light on calories, so a cup wouldn't be bad.

I would guess that you could do a full cup, but not knowing your

current weight and stuff, you might modify that to 3/4 C. At 190 lbs,

I use a full cup and about 8 ounces of yogurt as a meal. (sometimes I

add about 1/4 cup of grape nuts to make it crunchy)
