Guest guest
Sharon, When the nuero's finally diagnosed me, for me it was like a huge relief. Trust me, NOT the diagnoses I wanted but I look at it that it could have been worse and at least I can live with it. I was just thrilled to finally have some answers. I hope for you this is the last time they make you second guess. I think the "what if's" are even worse. Krissy :-) (who seriously did tooooo much this weekend in the yard but boy it does look nice!!!!!)
Guest guest
So I do have MS after all. I wasn't really cured or misdiagnosed. Life goes on.....

Guest guest
Sharon, I'm so sorry you got your hopes dashed. It's not like I've had the feeling of being diagnosed again exactly, but sometimes I forget for a time that I've had all this to deal with and then I suddenly lose my balance or get that deep bone tired... and I remember and I'm bummed again. but your attitude is so positive. If anyone on this list can turn things around, I'd vote for you. I just (like today!) doubled my vitamin dose to see what will happen. I'll keep you posted if I see anything wonderful. I met a woman who told me she cured herself of an auto immune something or another with EFAs (essential fatty acids). She took something like 17 a day. I'm still using the Mannatech, but the EFAs couldn't hurt in supporting the brain. When I was first in the process of getting diagnosed and I surfed the internet. I came upon a woman's web site and she said, " I have MS, but it doesn't have me! " I loved that. I'm sending you big hugs and I'll send a good joke the next time one floats across cyberspace at me. blessings, Laya Date: Sun, 25 Apr 2004 18:43:25 -0700 (PDT) Subject: radiologist was wrong--I still have MS... > So it's kind of like being diagnosed all over again, you know? >And the doc also said he's not going to recommend that I go back on Avonex right now. He said if I start getting weak to call him asap and get started back on it though. He thinks the hot weather may cause me problems. We'll see what happens when the warm weather starts up here. (cross your fingers for me). >So I do have MS after all. I wasn't really cured or misdiagnosed.
