Guest guest Posted December 30, 2004 Report Share Posted December 30, 2004 Hey , I'm sorry about the fact that you are going to be with out your patches for a week, that totally sucks. I can understand your doctor not wanting to write the script a week early but he must understand that small things like that were bound to happen. I would make an appointment with him and come rite out and ask him what are you supposed to do when something like this does happens. My only suggestion for you is lay down and sleep as much as possible and do as little as you possibly can for that last week. I've ran out before and that's all I could do. I think I slept 18 hours two days in a row. Going thru withdraws is horrible, especially when it could be avoided if your doctor would have wrote you a script. I hope you don't have any symptoms of withdraw at all, so you don't have to suffer any more than you are now! Try to leave your patches on for four days a few times and you can have a back up of a few patches, so it something else happens you have control of the situation.
