HI Sandy

Not snowing right now but may still be some snow on the trail as part of it will be over 7000 feet.....No CA..I am looking forward to it and counting down the days!

BFL works because its all about no frills fundamentals.  How much you eat, what you eat, when you eat, and exercise.   Its not any more difficult that that--the hard part is conforming your behavior to those things, but no system will work without discipline over these things.
