See your doc! Sounds like a nerve in your back...you need to relieve the

pressure (from inflamation or?) to relieve the nerve.

can any one tell me what can be done with my foot. it seems to be on fire and

when i go anywhere for a long while i have pain and foot goes numb.

It can also be either plantar fascitis, some other foot problem, or just

plain flat feet. Try getting and wearing the best pair of running shoes you can

afford and wear them as often as possible and see if that works. Might be

cheaper to see a foor doc first though, in case arch supports or padded insoles

would work.
