Guest guest Posted May 28, 2008 Report Share Posted May 28, 2008 Hello all, I have followed the BFL and EFL diets for most of the last 6 years and have had great success with the fat loss. I never seemed to manage to do a challenge properly, in part because I used to throw all my energy into a martial arts hobby. I moved to Europe on an expat assignment, went headfirst into my career and away from my healthy hobby and packed all the weight back on. I am now in in the 7th week of a proper BFL challenge and it is going very well. I have a long way to go, but I have got this far without missing a workout, or a break in the diet. I eat to much on my off day, and usually end the day with 5 meals instead of six, but I am never hungry or low on energy and the progress is unmistakable.
