Guest guest
Do any of you take magnesium to relax or for cramped muscles? It is the relaxer whereas calcium is the constrictor. But it backfires on me! I take it and cant turn my head or I will get a horrible crick. I told the doctor about this today and about how the estrogen eliminated the PMS, sore breasts and heavy bleeding and he put his hands over his face. He seemed overwhelmed and I paid 300 bucks and got no answers.
Guest guest
Hi Celty, I feel that Magnesium causes MORE cramping in my feet and legs. I seem to be a very difficult, interesting, a puzzlement, (add all the negatives here) patient. Guest guest
Celty: It may not be the magnesium that backfires, but the form... Angie > > > > Liz, > I have never " met " someone who is so like me! > My doctor put his face in his hands in exasperation. The previous Dr. said I was " bassackwards " and the new one said, " NO..estrogen will not fix your PMS. " But it did! Totally got rid of the sore boobs, night sweats, headache.. > He said I should do homeopathy to fix the erratic terrain. > Maybe I will! > Take care! > Celty > i LOVE this group. thanks to all of you smart ones that help us out! > and if any should learn why magnesium might backfire, let us know! >
