Guest guest Posted March 13, 2006 Report Posted March 13, 2006 Bought the bootcamp set of dvds a few weeks ago, and am struggling to keep up! I have a question that I am sure someone here can answer: occasionally refers to kicks by number, e.g., " ...and then we finish with (kick) number 6. " What do those numbers refer to? Where are they explained? Thanks! Quote
Guest guest Posted March 13, 2006 Report Posted March 13, 2006 Hi Jim! started using numbers to refer to punches and kicks at Certification Camp many years back. Then when he did the Capture the Power set he incorporated that. A lot of times it's easier to call out a punch or kick by number vs. name. You can get the Capture the Power set for about $20. It more beginner oriented but it's still a great workout. But the basics are 1 = Jab 2= Cross 3 = Hook 4 = Uppercut 5 = Front Kick 6 = Roundhouse Kick 7 = Side Kick 8 = Back Kick He also has these listed and form pointers on the Club website, you have to be a member to access it. It's free fro 30 days. Bought the bootcamp set of dvds a few weeks ago, and am struggling tokeep up!
