It is wonderful that you found a doc that was able to give a dx and some hope for the future. I hope the new med works for you...keep us posted. Seriously, even if you *only* have Ehlers-Danlos you probably should have an echo, our loose connective tissue can cause heart trouble too. On the activity front; I find pilates good and have started hydrotherapy which is also good, but the pool has to be warm.
