Bloomington, Indiana or one of the many other Bloomingtons?? <g>

Too bad I didn't know you were here. We could have gone for tea.

Lyndi,

Well looks like it is my day for confusion and errors...gotta love

the pain and meds somedays...then add the lack of sleep and WOW...lol

I thought you were talking about Illinois...which is where my friend

lives...however our trip was driving...we went from Montana to

Connecticut stopping in Ill. to visit along the way then stopped in

Bloomington Minnesota to visit my husbands relatives then on

home...so I could have stopped for tea with you along the way also

and made stops in 3 Bloomingtons...lol...

This is the best chronic pain group on the net.

(I think my prejudice is showing :-)

  • 3 weeks later...

Just wanted to say how happy I am for you that your new med regimen is

working well! Any increase is relief is a blessing, IMO. <bg>

Btw, when I first started taking my current muscle relaxer (Soma), it would

hit me like a mack truck...and if I fought it, well...let's just say I could

have been mistaken for a drunk and leave it at that. LoL But that effect only

lasted a couple of weeks, then my body got used to it and it hit more slowly

(read: long enough warning time to get settled for the night). Even now though,

if I take it on an empty stomach, it hits hard....so maybe try having a snack

or a glass of milk with your muscle relaxant, and see how it goes.

Best wishes to you for better days ahead!
