Greenfield MS Meeting

Hi Shirley and Lynn I was wondering if you were going to Thursday evening's MS meeting.

I registered both myself and my wife Judy to attend the meeting. There is a girl in our church that has MS also and I gave her the info about the MS meeting on Sunday. I am hoping she will come with her husband.

Here is an email from Sharon Lime if you have not gotten it yet.

Hopefully you all received a bright yellow flyer from the MS Society advertising our March meeting. Please make sure that you register for the meeting by mailing in the registration form or by calling 1-800-FIGHT-MS. The MS Society would like to know who will attend so they can have enough program books available. We will watch the video "Unlocking the Mysteries of MS" and will have a nurse at the meeting to answer any questions we might have after viewing the video. Hope you all will make it and hope you are enjoying this beautiful weather. See you soon.

I didn't see the message about the meeting until today. I really need to write stuff down on my calendar. I sent those fliers out to ya from the MS society...lol

Hi Shirley

There were several people at the meeting, the girl that has MS in my church went for the first time and she brought a friend that is new to MS. My wife Judy and my 14 year old went. The girl that came with the girl from my church turns out to be a relative of my wife, she was just diagnost a few month's ago. Judy said she thought the info was a bit over whelming for her because she still is having a tough time accepting she has Ms. I think we have all gone through those feeling before.

Lynn if you read this also I wasn't sure what your were talking about when you mentioned your email with the signs. I did not get that email until this evening when I checked my email. Lynn those were funny.

We got to see the film called "Unlocking the Mysteries of MS" also Sharon Limes sister is a nurse so she was there to help answer questions. She looked like Sharon's twin sister. The film made for good conversation and the MS Society had booklet for all who were registered for the film.

There were several new people at the meeting.

It was brought up about the up coming MS walk. We gave donation to one girl who will be in the walk with her family.

I was happy my wife was able to make it she has been so busy the last 4 or 5 month's.

Next month Sharon said it will be a social get together and we may all meet at Ponderosa for a meal.

There was a new guy there that said he is on Rebif and has gained a lot of weight the past few month's and he feels the Rebif is causing it, he also seems to be having trouble with his Liver and he thinks the rebif might be causing it as well.

It was a good meeting tonight.

Bill, PT is good. I've always enjoyed it. I doubt if they can get your balance back all the way but they might be able to help some. If it's free, it sure doesn't hurt to try! Gas here was $1.90 in some places! Highway robbery!!!

Is Rupert still in it on Survivor?

I do want to go next month Sharon has a physical therapist coming to speak. I have never gone through any physical therapy before, I still doubt if it would help me get my balance back. I can only wish it would.

I AM NOT SURE IF YOU MEAN TO THE MEETING OR TO PT BUT EITHER ONE THE ANSWER IS NO, I DID NOT GO.

JOHN IS BETTER MOST OF THE TIME FOR NOW BUT I HAVE HAD A VERY BAD WEEK THIS PAST WEEK. IT SHOULD PEAK SOON AND THEN START GETTING BETTER BUT I THINK ARTHUR IS STARTING TO JOIN THE PARTY TOO.
