Guest guest
Congrats on keeping the weight off! You sound a lot like me in that I'm no longer following BFL but do mostly stick to the EFL eating. I lift twice per week and the rest of the time I am running. Guest guest
Hi, My name is Kari I just joined yesterday too! I have 25 pounds to lose and am ready to follow the plan to help. I have lots of questions about weight lifting, I'm pretty new to the game. Do you need a spotter or is it okay to do on your own? Kari > > > > We've had a bunch of new members recently. Guest guest
If you train with dumbbells, you are 'safe' to lift without a spotter. However, if you are new to weight training, an experienced spotter may be able to help you with your technique. I injured myself at about week 8 doing a dumbbell press (a chest workout). A spotter may have saved me that injury. Make sure you lift safe, but give it a sincere effort! -pb > Hi, > > My name is Kari I just joined yesterday too!
