This part of the talk will be about 10 plants that are abundant in Finland and which should be easy to find in Ireland. Henrietta knows all about substituting one herb for another (or a few others); there are no herb shops in Finland! She’ll be talking about her experiences and give hints and tips. He will be talking about the risks involved in a health practice today and ways to minimise those risks.
