PST question

Greetings All,

Attached is a radiograph from a 9 week old puppy that had a negative interaction with the adult dog in the house.

The DACVS elected no surgery due to the pups age and "softness of the bone". There maybe some financial limitations here as well.

The pup was put in a non weight bearing splint and follow up reportedly revealed contracture of the elbow and carpus.

Are there any thoughts out there about using PST for this scapula while we work to minimize the contracture?

I have not see this little guy yet, he is scheduled for next week but thought I would check with the groups for any input.

Thanks in advance for sharing any ideas.
