Guest guest
, welcome to the group. When I was a Sr in HS I was hit on the head with a volleyball net pole but that's the only head injury I've had. I didn't see a dr for that either. I also have Crohns Disease which is also an autoimmune disease. Shirley wrote: Hi! My name is and I thought I'd join this group just to see what kind of information I could get my hands on. I'm sure you get lots of people who are in my shoes. I'm a "suspect" MS case who is not diagnosed, but have symptoms of MS. I won't go into the boring details of what I have for symptoms, and what tests have been done, but just figured I could use the information...Kind of another means of seeing if my situation is like any others'. I'm 27, I have 2 kids, and am married to a man I've been with off and on since I was 10. One question I do have is how many of you all with MS have had a head injury in your life. I've read a little about it seeming that some with MS have also had head injuries and wonder if there is a link...Look forward to learning lots! Guest guest
Welcome Rob.? There are a few more of us also training for races.? Me...a 40K hilly trail race in Sept; Andy a 60K (same one but one extra loop).? And I believe Terri is training for something. Anyway...welcome to the list.?? There is plenty to share and exchange among the folks on this board.? I look forward to your participation. Kelley Beginning Weight: 149 lbs. Goal Race: Hocking Hills 40K Trail Indian Run, Sep 22 Intro Hi My name is Rob Britt and I wanted to introduce myself to the board. Years ago you could have found me here almost daily, but I drifted from here and continued on my quest for better health. I have returned and am back to the basics of BFL. Except that I am also training to run a marathon. I am continuing to use MRP's and keep to the 5 small meals per day, and have kept my weight within 15 pounds of my lowest. I am now 10 pounds over my goal of 175. I haven't weighed that little ever in my adult life, but this time I will get there. for a look at my first challenge, check this out http://www.bodychangers.com/interview_reading.php?id=133 old photos but not too much has changed since then. I am using MRP's from usana and their healthpack100 vitamins. anything I can do to help anyone on their way, just ask. I am bringing years of gym time with me and a fair amount of success, so maybe I can add to this discussion. I am here for motivation and to have exchanges with like minded folks. I am a big fan of The Secret and visualizing goals. hope to see you all succeed. Guest guest
Hi Andy, yes we, my wife Deb (Kismet) were active for a few years here, and met people on some Lift for Kids events, Charity Lifts, etc. great times and memories. very sore bodies and tremendous adrenaline boosts. My wife was a personal trainer and is a life coach, plus we do a few other things...I have done tons of research on supplements and vitamins and have tried various plans, but you can't beat the basics. BFL with intensity is a great way to shape up. I am a writer, and I have a few websites. my favorite one is one that is free and everyone can use, www.selfesteembuilder.com It has a great worksheet and ways to build self esteem that so many people lack. Having self confidence helps in the gym and out. anyway, I am starting to babble here, so I'll sign off Rob robertbritt.com > > > > Hi My name is Rob Britt and I wanted to introduce myself to the board. > > Years ago you could have found me here almost daily, but I drifted > > from here and continued on my quest for better health.
