Guest guest
Yup, it's been out for a few years. I love it. I wish some of the transistions were smoother. It was one of the last projects put out by the old marketing company. It's mostly from Tae Bo TV, but there are a few shots from the Live! workouts and a few clips from workouts never released. Some of us are in some of the clips. There's a posting somewhere around here giving details. I'll have to try to find it. Or or someone else might have it saved and can repost. She has it broken down as far as which segement is from what and from there I can tell you who is in it. I had it, but it's in a format that I can't open at the moment :sigh: There's also a spreadsheet under the files section that lists what workouts many of us are in. So if you happen to have those, you can workout with us !!!! The new workouts, so far is the only one who is in any of those. Goodtimes is using specific folks instead of the " come one, come all " NCP had. Guest guest
I have the upper body one on DVD with something else (abs?) but havent' done it yet. I assume it's pretty challenging though. Steph
Guest guest
Upper Body and Lower Body is on the same DVD and Abs and Butts are on the same DVD. Then they both have previews of the others (so the Upper and Lower Body will have a 5 minute I think it is preview of Abs and Butts and then the Abs and Butts has a preview for upper and lower body). They are GREAT workouts. I still had them on VHS so I let my friend use those. They average about 45-55 minutes. She was afraid that the abs and butts would be all floor work, but I assured her that there was plenty of standing work. She just loved it and was happy to not have to be on the floor the whole time.
