It has been some time since I have been here and have been actively

working out. I just wanted say hello and let everyone know that I am

back in action. I also want to say that I hope that everyone is

reaching their goals. Thanks, Ted

Hello,

I am actually hitting the ground running hard and I am doing

Taebo Basic original twice per day for the next 10 days. From there I

would like to do Live version for 11. I guess I am doing a modified

21 day workout. I am being very careful though not to overdo it. I

want to get to advanced asap. Thanks for the words of encouragement

and wish me luck. Thanks, Ted
