all of the workouts that billy has done with goodtimes are on his website at:

http://www.billyblanks.com/Products.asp with the exception of the the two

bootcamp workouts.

the newest workouts are power rounds 1, power rounds 2, abs, circuit 1,

circuit 2 and extreme.

also, look at collagevideo for clips of the circuit workouts. none of the

other newest workouts are for sale there yet.

You talkin' to me? ;-) Seriously, not sure if you're talking to me or Manda! LOL! I'm not hiding.....just very busy lately. Going back to school......thinking about nursing but haven't applied to the program yet. I'm getting some basics out of the way right now. So how do you like Texas? Are you all settled in now? I hope things are going well for you here! :-) I don't read the list much but I sure need to. It motivates me to workout and I haven't been consistent with my workouts in a long time. I feel it too :-( I have no excuses. So today's the day I get my groove back! LOL!

I'll send ya some. She is getting so big. She will be 11 months on Saturday

and has been walking for the past 3 weeks. She keeps me on my toes. I guess

it's a good workout :)

Wow, that is great Carolyn. I am dying to see if I have lost any weight this

week. I have to wait until Monday night to weigh in. I am doing Flex points as

well and really like it. I haven't had the courage to use any of the flex

points though. I think I might use them once a month on some pizza. Right now it

seems to scary to use them every week. I obviously have food issues, LOL.
