If you have ever been to a fair or carnival you >know what I am talking about. hi ted!! hey, it is good to hear from you. im doing great! im down 6.5 pounds since starting weight watchers 2 weeks ago. we went to the fall fair this past weekend... i thought that i did pretty good in that i only had one piece of pizza and a few light beers. i could have done ALOT more damage than that! so congrats to you and me for keeping our heads at the food booths. i havent been doing taebo, but have been doing lots of other workouts -- working out 6 days a week. i will be doing a taebo/slim series/yoga rotation soon... maybe in november. personally i dont like to do the same workout over and over every day for weeks at a time. i do not want to burn out and over-train. so if you do a taebo 21 day challenge, be sure to mix it up with some advanced, basic, 8 minute workouts and make sure that you do some extra stretching. and heck, if you feel bad in any way then be sure to rest! -carolyn. For strength training I'll be focusing on Cathe upper body weight training workouts to help strengthen my back.
