I live in Kitty Hawk on the Outer Banks, but was born in Texas and am and AF Brat...have lived here 8 years, but hardly ever get to leave, although I DO know where Raleigh is...Has anyone ever tried to TaeBo on the beach? Would any NC TaeBo fans ever want to get together to try it? I've taught a few Tae Bo Classes to my family on the beach! It was so much fun! You just have to make sure you do it on the harder sand towards the water, otherwise you end up getting sand flying in your face! It's really beautiful to Tae Bo near the ocean, though!
