Guest guest
There have been many many success stories of people being overweight losing so much from Taebo. You just have to give it your all! too heavy?? I have always wanted to be able to do Tae Bo because it mentally stimulates and lifts my spirit. I never have tried it however, because I am 5'9 " and weigh 375; I have lost 65 pounds the past one and a half years, but fear I may hurt something, cause I'm 44 yo. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Guest guest
Welcome and congrats on your 65 pounds. Take your time and go at your own level and pace. You can do it. In a few of the live ones (I know AL5 and AL11 for sure), there's a big gal who is doing it and having fun. These are hard to find (Ebay and Dollar General are your best bets right now), but if you can get a hold of 'em, she'll be there encouraging you along. I started out at 241. always says, if you can only kick to your ankle, that's OK. Then you'll get that leg up and before you know it, you'll be kicking to the head. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
