have been using just the advanced. I'd love to mix up my routine a

No worries I didn't see her response before I sent in mine so I

totally understand. I'm not sure if I'd want mostly floor work but

then again, that could be good. I'm thinking I'd like 2 more tapes -

one more cardio and then this one with the floor work. Sometimes I

wonder if it's overkill though - I have Windsor Pilates tapes to

attack and I'm also doing the treadmill and bo flex! I'm obsessed.
