Are there any 20 min advance tapes? Guest guest Posted June 2, 2004 Report Share Posted June 2, 2004 The 8 minutes, they market as Advanced (the original set, they recommed you do the 8 minute after you do the other 3) and those are actually about 15 minutes. Abs & Glutes is a 30 minute Advanced floorwork workout. The shortest workout that I can think of that's Advanced are the Total workouts and those are about 45 minutes. But you don't have to do all of it, if you're short on time, do what you can and FF to the end or do your own cool down. M PERKINS wrote: Where can i the advance tapes?
