Haven't seen very many posts lately. Unless my digest subscription is

wacked. Well I got some bad news today. My ex-husband is being deployed to

Iraq in a few days. Its pretty much one of my biggest fears come true. Add

on top of that that I lost one of my good friends from high school over

there earlier this year, and you've got one paranoid mess. We haven't spoken

for about two years since it was all finalized. I heard this through a

mutual friend. I tried e-mailing him to let him know I'm thinking of him.

We'll see if he responds (if he is even able to). For those of you who don't

mind please remember in your prayers.

On another note. Since its so quiet thought I'd give you my thoughts on a

new DVD I splurged on (its an addiction I can't break) I bought Leisa Hart's

" Gym in a Box " . If I could pick one word to describe it, it would be

different. There is a 30 min cardio, 10 min buns and thighs, ten min upper

body, 10 min of yoga, 10 min of pilates and ten min of abs. The cardio got

me sweating but I would still consider it a lighter day workout for the

advanced exerciser. It was a nice change up from traditional tapes. The

choreography takes a little to catch on to though so its one you'd have to

do every now and then to keep it fresh in you mind. The lower body wasn't

really all that challenging even after adding ankle weights. The upper body

workout though did challenge me. I used 5lb weights!!! When I do bicep curls

I use 15 when I do flys and presses I use 20lbs, but I felt it only using

the 5 pounders. The ab workout is also challenging and different. The

pilates is ok for a quick 10 min

workout, more for a novice though. Still have to try the yoga. Might do

that tonight.

Hope every one is well!

a,

I´m sorry to hear that about your ex-husband. I will keep him in my

prayers. It´s much to sad about losing all of those brave soldiers

over in Iraq. I´m sure that God will keep him safe.

Take Care

Sharon

Thanks everyone for remembering him in your prayers. Obviously even

though we are divorced I still care about him a great deal.

Happy B-day Mich!
