I looked it up b/c some of the products given for constipation like, MOM comes in a mint flavor and I was curious and did some digging. I found out that it's actually the aluminum/ magnesium ingredient that causes the constipation so it made me wonder if those cheap pancake mixes were probably something to stay away from b/c they contain aluminum lake. I found a great gourmet pancake mix that has all natural ingredients for those who don't want to give pancake mixes with aluminum. This pancake mix does have artificial flavor added but the smell and taste of these hot cakes in your kitchen smells like no other.
