Guest guest
O.k. so I just broke them out thinking that I would do the foundation dvd and would you believe, it wouldn't work in my player? It tried to load for a while and then finally said, "Please insert a playable disc" I tried energy and power and both of them work. Wierd. Can I do the other tapes without the foundation tape? Guest guest
It pretty much just introduces the number system. I can't think of any new moves introduced. But you'll miss out on the stretching, I really love it. -- 2004 tapes O.k. so I just broke them out thinking that I would do the foundation dvd and would you believe, it wouldn't work in my player? Guest guest
It depends. If you have been doing Tae-Bo for a while I would say yes the punches and the kicks are the same just instead of calling them by their standard name, has given them a number. Also the punches are thrown with the thumb up instead of turning the wrist so the thumb goes to the side. That being said if you are new to Tae-Bo like I was then defently do the Foundation DVD. Either way you should get QVC to replace that DVD. RichJoan Tate wrote: O.k. so I just broke them out thinking that I would do the foundation dvd and would you believe, it wouldn't work in my player? Guest guest
Thanks for the input Rich. I did about 35 min. of the energy tape today and I love it! I'm am sitting here with sweat dripping all over. It's great. There are a few new combinations that I had to go back and try again a couple of times. That and when he does the one-arm things, my elbows hurt cause I'm working out on carpet. If this is an example of the other tapes, I'm sold!!! :-) Joan Re: 2004 tapes It depends. Guest guest
Joan, Glad to hear that you love the Energy work out. I know what you mean about the sweat. Are you talking about the one arm planks that he has us do at the very beging of the work out? They don't hurt my elbow but man my abs and lowwer back feels it.
