Well....my son took another nap so I decided to do the FIRM body

sculpt tape. I did my own stretching though because I'm not that

fond of all that they do. Do you think that's ok?

Of course. There's nothing wrong with stretching on your own. I think it's often better, because you can hold poses longer and if you need to stretch a certain area more, you can. Or if you want to stretch other areas, you can. Many folks stretch on their own when doing the older Tae Bo workouts, because most of them don't have much of a warm up or cool down.

Yep, my wife does same thing. As long as you feel stretched, &

loose before you start!

Sure as long as you get some good streching in. I sometimes do different streches then the ones in the cool down of the Tae-Bo work outs. I do streches that I remember doing in the Tae-Kwan-Do classes that I took a long time ago.
