Guest guest
Thanks for the encouragement Rich! Your other post made me laugh - I sometimes call my husband "belly boy" too! I know that sounds sooo bad - but it's in an affectionate way. He has very severe fibromyalgia so he can't do a lot of the moves, but I have convinced him to the punches with me, and it's helping him burn some calories and get his heart rate up. Best, Re: Re: 21-day challange day Congradulation . I am sorry that this has taken so long, but I just received your post today. Keep up the good work. Guest guest
OMG! rich!! im sorry to hear that this happened to you!! geeze. i hope that you taebo'd that person!! please dont feel that you have to start your challenge all over again!!! you are right at the end. just continue on with day 19. take care, *~*~*~*~* Carolyn RE: Yesterday was day 19 but unfortunaly I did not get to work out, unless you will count a five minute fist fight as a work out. A person I know got angery and attached me. I was able to fight him off but I ended up going to the ER to get my hand x-rayed. Nothing broken Thank the Lord, but they still put my hand in a splint, and they said that I would have to make an oppontment with a orthopedic doctor. I do plan to work out today, but I will have to modify some of the work out as I can't do push up or support my self on that hand. So my question is do I have to start my 21 day challange over our do I just add a day at the end and count to day as day 19? Guest guest
Hi Rich, Hope your feeling better. which dvd's are you talking about, the new 2004 with energy, strength etc.? if so, I have those and really like them. I have enough taebo tapes that if i used one a day it would come out to over a month with out having to watch the same tape twice. My husband thinks iam crazy but understands how important it is for me not to gain any of the weight i have lost over the last year or so. I have been battling my weight since I got married in (88). well talk to you soon
Guest guest
I have decided to make this day 19. I just got the DVDs that I ordered from QVC and I'm glad I did. I did the foundation DVD and I found that I have been doing some of the moves wrong. not completely wrong just how I should shift my weight, where I should punch andI was dropping my leg when I returned to stance.
