Did it again!

Morning everyone......I got up and did the basic get ripped this

morning. Then I did a few set of crunches. My abs are killing me.

Unfortunately, I never got to finish my tape from yesterday or do

another one. But I'm ok with it I guess. With the tape I did this

morning, I actually found myself doing a few double times when

was counting slower.

Is everyone ready for Easter? It's gonna be tough. Chocolate is

my soft spot.....especially Cadbury cream eggs.

hey well not too sure how this works but i saw the postings so i thought i would take part. i have been doing the basic taebo workout tape now for 10 days. i can feel a difference, but cant see one yet. i have 2 children and this time around i've decided that i WILL be back down to my original form, with alot of work im sure. anybody got any success stories they would like to share with me? happy easter to all!!

Carolyn,

Thats a great idea about eating a piece of Chocolate every evening. I

have to say that I didn't think that it would get me but it did :/ I

bought the children one time some Easter Eggs and I was satisfied

with that. Then there auntie bought them a bunch of chocolate (MY

FAVORITE) I started to have a little and then I couldn't stop! I had

to catch myself and eventually I stopped. I'm not going back to

eating any more. I could stop eating it now but I have to admit it

was a bad day. Well, I'll have to exercise extra hard tomorrow. Oh

well!
