I challenged myself and did the get-ripped advanced tonight....I rocked it pretty darn good if I don't say so myself. Sure, I walked some, but I really gave it my all when I was doing the moves. I had a blast. My kicks are getting higher and I've noticed that I am getting more flexible. BTW, I'm happy to say that my pant are a little loser from a month ago!Good night!
