Guest guest
The other day at the doctors, I heard two little words that I knew were coming, but still hit me like a tone of bricks---NO COFFEE!!! I have to give up caffeine--I have what is commonly known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or, as I call it, a major pain in the a$$. I've been ignoring it for years, but I can't anymore, it's gotten to the point where it interferes with daily life, so that's it. Doctor says the 3 main culprits are caffeine, alcohol, and aspirin. 2 out of 3 I don't use (alcohol and aspirin, I may have an occasional beer on my vacation, but that's it), the caffeine is the hardest for me, but the " end result " is no longer worth it. I know this isn't Tae Bo related, but I needed to vent, thanks for listening, and any suggestions to replace coffee are certainly welcome. Guest guest
, You've got yourself a deal, no cheating, though, I had to remove any and all remnants in my house--coffeemaker had to go. It just got to the point where it's no longer worth the aggravation. Jerry
