Guest guest
oh yah baby!! gotta love those endorphins that cardio brings on! ya know, i struggle to complete some of my higher intensity workouts -- advanced taebo being one of them -- but i keep doing it so that i can feel high afterward...heeeheee. if i do an easy walk or something like that then i dont get the endorphins so much... runners are always talking about the high... so it has to be an activity that is fairly intense. and taebo fits that bill! i love hitting the shower after a great cardio workout -- i always stand there thinking 'wheew-boy!' with a great big smile on my face... it just feels sooooo good! i dont get the same effect from lifting weights unless it is a weight routine that moves fast and/or has cardio mixed into it. im so glad that you have reached this point with your workouts jerry! it is some nice additional motivation and hey, noone can say anything about us getting high since we do it naturally ive actually heard of people saying that they are addicted to cardio exercise because of the endorphin high so just dont take it THAT far, ok? LOLOL! have fun! *~*~*~*~* Carolyn RE: > Has any one else experienced just a great feeling of wellness > after a workout, where you sit back, and say, boy, did that feel great!! --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Yup, every day the last 5 years. I still get that Tae Bo high even after 5 years. I still feel like I did when I first got the tapes. It's something that I never want to go away. Just wait until you go to L.A. for a live workout, you'll be one that high for days and weeks and months to come. When I think about it, look at the pictures or do a workout that I filmed, I STILL get that high. Just remembering all the fun we had and wishing we could do it again. Coach Joe Gibbs -- Tae Bo High...:-) OK, here's my post....the other day, I noticed something I hadn't really thought too much about since I began Tae Bo. I had just finished a great workout, and I had this feeling that I knew I had felt before, just a real good high...like I USED to get from alcohol, key word being USED.Has any one else experienced just a great feeling of wellness after a workout, where you sit back, and say, boy, did that feel great!!Best part is, the good feeling doesn't wear off 6 hours later...:-)!!Jerry Font is BoyzRGross Graphics Shared Created on November 3, 2003 ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here

I used to get that high when I was running too. It's the best feeling in the world (which makes me wonder why I don't do it more often!).
