Since I haven't been out of town to do anything but go to workout (go down to L.A. or land when the WMTC opened), I haven't had that problem. But what a lot of folks do is put some moves together. Do you have his book? If so, you can do those moves. Or just put some of the moves together and make your own routine. That's what I had to do a few years back when my VCR ate my tape and I was without it for a few days. I had the SA down pretty pat, so I did that until it was fixed. You can do that in your room. Take a walk around the block. Or if the gym is decent or if there's one not to far away-- some will let you pay for the day use it. Just flip on the radio and get moving.

I'm going to a conference next weekend and won't have access to my DVD for 3 days. I really don't want to lose the momentum that I've been building, but I will also be limited on time. What have you guys done when you are away from home to stay on track? I think there is a gym in the hotel, so maybe I can do some stuff there. I'll have to check on that.Tara

hi tara -

well, i know one lady who has a laptop computer with a dvd player in it and

she takes that on the road with her so she can workout.

i also know of other people who have recorded the audio from their taebo

videos/dvds onto cassette and then worked out in their hotel room with a

tape deck.

maybe you could call your hotel to see if they have a vcr or dvd player in

your room.... if not then maybe they can loan you one for a few days. or

there might be a vcr/dvd player in the hotels gym that you could use for

working out. if not then i think it would be great fun to use the hotel's

gym equipment and pool! if even that wont workout it could be possible for

you to put on your walkman and quickly walk all of the halls and stairwells

of the hotel!

I'd call the hotel and see if they have a gym. If not, ask if there are any

local gyms nearby, walking distance, that might give you some good day

rates. OR see if they have VCRs you can rent (or bring one).
