Welcome !

The main difference between the new and old tapes is that the new tapes are more

for strength training and resistance while the old tapes were very cardio

oriented. They were at a much faster pace where as these tapes are slower so you

can feel the burn in each muscle group and learn how to work the muscle group

better.

:)

PS If I missed anything, someone chime in!

> , I just wanted to say welcome. I don't post much but read daily. I

use older Taebo tapes so I have no idea of how 2004 is different. Best of luck!

Hey all! I jsut started doing tae-bo about 2 weeks ago with the new

dvd's that are out right now. Anyways, I've read a couple of posts

about how this workout is different from the old ones so I had a

question. What is so different about these tapes compared to the old

ones? I mean, I know I've just started doing them but I'm totally

addicted and I love them. Anyways, thanks!
