THAT'S what TaeBo means?? Oh, all of this time I thought it meant

it was a mixture of TaeKwonDo and Boxing, therefor Tae and Bo.

Hmmm, you learn something new everyday :)

It is. The Tae *is* from TaeKwonDo and the Bo *is* from Boxing, but also gave it a special meaning.

I am so glad you liked Tae-Bo! Expect something from me soon- I haven't made

it to the post office yet! I am so eager to get back to Tae-Bo. Right now I

have my sister in law and her two kids staying with us. My house is 3 bedrooms,

one bathroom and MAYBE 1200 sq. feet. We are crammed in here and there is NO

privacy! They move out on the first so I will be able to get back to Tae-Bo.

Tae Bo IS a conjunction between Tae Kwon Do and Boxing, but it's also used as an acronym. :-)
