Hello everyone! New member here. I've been doing Tae bo now for 1 month

now and I love it! It's always a challenge and never boring!! I'm 31

and have 2 kids (7 & 3). I get up every morning at 5:45 sharp to do my

Tae bo workout before anything else. I'm 5'5 " and went from 160# to

149# (yeah!) but now i've seemed to hit a dead halt. Any suggestions?

I'm dieting too. Is USDA suggested weight for height and age charts

realistic with an intense workout like Tae bo? It says that I should

weigh 126 pounds!!Help!
