Original AL3 and the Ultimate Series: Butt has them. I have a few more of the Live! Advanced to redo my notes on, but I can't 'member off hand if those have them. I don't have them noted on my other workouts. I don't 'member how long they are in the Ultimate series one and I'm sure it's pretty decent in OAL3. I haven't redone my notes on that one, but I know it's in there 'cuz gets upset because Shellie is still saying the steps and asked for them to start counting.

I like them too. When I was taking TKD a few years back, they were impressed that I could do them so well. Really get my leg toward my body and not hit anything.

Good thing you asked, 'cuz I found some workouts I've done and hadn't marked off and one I marked off, but don't have notes on.

I used to like them too.. but after 4+ years in MA's.. my hips are now shot!

:) My fav was the spinning or reverse outer crescent kicks.. took forever

to learn, but once I did.. it was fun!

I have seen him do a few on one or two others in Advanced. Just be careful

wiht them.. you can easily strain hip muscles that will shut you down if you

are not warm when doing them!

LOL-- I love have you have notes on videos..... out of curiosity, are

they posted on the tae bo fans board? I've been using those reviews

to help fill in my collection and found them pretty spot on...

Let me know what you find when you finish your notes... I ordered AL3

off off of Ebay so I'll look forward to trying it out... it'll give

me motivation to do another advanced workout :)

They aren't on any of the total tapes series (the tapes of the tv

shows I think they are?)...

Aren't they fun though?? I really feel like they lift my series or

maybe it is the song Glory Days (not the Bruce Springsteen song) on

BL1... but I've always found them very uplifting spirit wise...

That is cool that they helped you with TKD... I always wonder how

closely related tae bo could help with the more traditional martial

arts :)

thanks again!

Gymmie,

Love your saying in your post and I think you made the right choice

by not posting your note as they surely change as you get better and

stronger. But could you please use word wrap it is hard to read you

post when the go behind the advertisment.

It's something Yahoo is doing, when it gets on the site, 'cuz it's wrapping on my endrdavis5755 wrote:

The difference between fat and fit is "I"

What you eat between Thanksgiving and Christmas isn't nearly as important as what you eat between Christmas and Thanksgiving
