I personally have worked out with quite a few times, once at a video shoot, a few times on an LA vacation some of us took (Sandie and I got to share some personal training with !), a couple QVC workouts, and the opening of the MD center. Working out with live is amazing, but be prepared: the live workouts are NOTHING like the tapes. Play an advanced tape on fast forward and you'll get a hint at the speed!! The workouts are SO fast. It's amazing. I would love to go back out there one day.... You'll have a blast if you go!!
Guest guest
Hey Gang, My wife and I usually take a May vacation before my work schedule gets too hectic. This year's trip is already booked (Disney World), but for '05 I was considering the possibilty of a little star gazing for my wife, and a little TaeBo for me. One of my goals is to take a class and meet and Shellie in person, and this would kill 2 birds with one stone. Has anyone in the group ever made a special trip to take a class with at his Center, what was it/he like in person?? I'd love to know. I live in South Jersey, and my local airport has just begun flights to LAX at great low rates, so I think we'd be able to afford it. Any thoughts/info would be appreciated. Guest guest
She is so correct! The speed of the workouts is so fast it's unbelievable. If you look closely at the infomercial while they doing interviews with some people and in the background you can see people working out. Check out the speed of the moves! Wow! I was slightly prepared before my trip to L.A.for the infomercial (from what I had read--I think it was 's article) about the speed but had NO concept of actually how fast it would really be. Wow! Hit fast forward on an ADVANCED tape...and that's the speed you go at at the training center!
