Guest guest
Was it someone here that said this tape was easier, because I did it yesterday for the first time, and, at least for me, there was NOTHING easier about this tape, I had a lot of fun with it, and was a good challenge, I wasn't going to buy it, since I had just got the '04 set, but KMart had it for 7 bucks, well worth it. Guest guest
hi jerry - the cardio level of CARDIO is not the same as billy's older workouts, in general... the pace is slower and there is more of a pause between moves -- i guess that is what is meant by 'easier'. billy's old workouts can be tough, even the basics move at a great clip -- im referring to the BASIC LIVE series of workouts -- i wish that i had more of them! but really, everyone's definition of 'easy' or 'hard' is different... it is so hard to classify workouts that way. what i like about CARDIO is the more detailed instruction that billy gives. when some of his other basic workouts move so fast, he has a hard time getting all of his instructions in. $7 for CARDIO is excellent... that is the price for VHS, right? or for the DVD? from the sounds of it, i think that you will also enjoy FLEX -- i love doing both CARDIO and FLEX together for a good butt-kicking...heehee. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn RE: > Was it someone here that said this tape was easier, because I did > it yesterday for the first time, and, at least for me, there was > NOTHING easier about this tape, I had a lot of fun with it, and > was a good challenge, I wasn't going to buy it, since I had just > got the '04 set, but KMart had it for 7 bucks, well worth it. --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
