Welcome Jerry! I am glad you found your way back to Tae-Bo! I felt the same

way at the gym.

Let us know how you like the bag :)

Hi everyone!!

About a year ago, I was a member of a Tae-Bo support group similar to

this one, and was a frequent Tae-Bo'er. I decided I needed to join a

health club to maximize my workouts, and because the fee was so high,

made going there a priority, and doing TaeBo less and less until I

stopped completely.

While the benefits I gained @ the gym were many, something just

didn't feel right. Each day I would come home from the gym

unsatisfied, and wondered why. Was it the unpleasant nature of the

people who really didn't want to be there and complained, or other

factors, I just couldn't say.

My membership recently expired, and while I was getting a check to

write out to the gym to continue, my wife asked me a very simple

question...why don't you seem happy @ the gym, then it hit me, I was

happiest doing TaeBo, and pulled out my Live Instructional tape, and

started back on the right path, there is just some sort of energy you

feel during these workouts that I never got at the gym.

I just finished the Get Started Tape on TaeBo 2, and was actually

laughing all the way through the workout, that's how fun it was, now

I know what I was missing.

Well, I'm home to stay now, my TaeBo 2004 is on the way w/ Bag,

and it's great to be back--here's my brief bio.

Jerry, from Rio Grande, NJ, age soon to be 41, married 10 years, 1

cat, no kids.

Can't wait to get TaeBo-ing again!!
