Guest guest
Welcome to the many newbies we have had here recently. It has been a very active time for new people coming in and I help with membership and message approvals. While none of you want to be here, it is a good place to be if your LO has LBD. If you click on the address following my name, you will find all the LBDA information that is so helpful. Be aware there is a DVD that is available. It is most helpful as the work on it is done by an MD and if you have MDs that don't understand it is something you can hand them or NHs that help with understanding of the disease. If you have problems getting a DVD, just let me know and I will make every effort to get you a copy. Hope we can all be of help. My Mom died in '02 and I had her with me in my home for 3 years and year 4 she was in a nh close by me. I have been on the LBDA Board for the last 3 years as it has been organizing. I am no longer on the Board of Directors as of Feb, 06. I continue to help with this group and have a long history here. It is so difficult to believe it has nearly 8 years since I wrote my first letter to the group as you are all doing now. Hugs to all newbies. Donna R Do you want to read more about Lewy Body?
