Guest guest Posted October 19, 1999 Report Share Posted October 19, 1999 A patient with granulocytosis, renal carcinoma and anemia: She was started on Neupogen 300 mcg subQ q.d. for three days and was started on s/l Cethipine? (sethopene?) 2 gm intravenous piggyback q.12h; it was ordered to maintain neutropenic precautions. The patient was maintained on s/l Cethipine? (Sethopene?).
