I have asked my husband the same question in the past. After it came up on the list I said why don't we run a test, and see if you are actually asleep, and are having these hallucinations in the dark. So he put a night light in his room. He said he is only having them about three times a week, when in the dark. I thought it was more often. Well, we will see how it works out with a light.
