I'd say a doctor should tell him to stop drinking alcohol. IMHO. And

then you'll know if it's the alcohol or the medication...

HI April,

We decided to start reducing and then eventually removing mom from

Seroquel and Sinemet the further into this disease she got. Also, mom

sweated a lot and had what appeared to be panic/anxiety attacks and both

drugs have this side effect. We slowly took mom off the drugs. As for

seroquel, if your LO isn't having bad hallucinations then I wouldn't

bother giving it to them as this is just one more drug to mix in with

the soup. We gave mom seroquel to see if it would calm her and it did -

too much so she was on a very low dose. As for the sinemet, I continued

to give it to her even after she wasn't able to walk on her own as she

was able to walk with assistance. Once we needed to use the lift to get

her up and about we got rid of the sinemet.
