Guest guest
thanks ron, i sure misseed being part of the group but i was so overwhelmed and have been and still am taking 2 different antidepressants one long acting one fast acting to help me from losing it. friends here and donnie and kenneht have been wonderful, the kids running our store have it making money again. i am so excited. and i think now that i have changed my mailing name that helping hte group will be a pleasure instead of a dread as it has been with everything else going, as a matter of fact i usually meet dianne and tom at my favorite cracker barrell and havent done that my past 2 trips to jacksonville. but i am back, and glad to be back, enjoy the good times Ron, they still bring me the 'happies' when i think about it, like the yellow duck donnie bought me wheni was in teh hospital, that quacks old macdonald, london bridge and brother john , and we shared ti with dad just to have him giggle like an excited baby, such simple things bring such joy. hugs. sharon dawgg4456 wrote: --- Dear Sharon, Hi , it is so great to see you posting again.Youve been truly missed.Im sorry to hear about the recent struggles. You are such an inspiration.Thank you for giving us the update. Its wonderful to hear from you.Best wishes to you and Donnie Ron In LBDcaregivers , Sharon Murray wrote: > > hi everyone, > > for all the newbies, my name is sharon my dad had lbd diagnosed in may 2004, died after 2.5 months after hip surgery for broken hip sept 2005. we went thru the whole lbd trip very very quickly. i have been out of the group now for about 4 months and everyone else may recognize me as daddyscaregiver but since daddy is gone i just cannot face using that name. > > this group is wonderful if you are new here, more times than i count this group did wonders for me and for me to help my daddy. my wonderful now husband then fiance was a miracle in helping me care for daddy as he had the awful Dr. Jekyl Mr Hyde routines on a regular basis. > > for all my friends in this group, please forgive me for disappearing for a while, i had to regroup Andersen-Murray law kept and keeps hitting. my kidney surgery failed miserably i have been sicker since the surgery. they want to get the stone out of my right kidney but this time by lithrotripsy which has failedin past but they dont want to do it invasive. shands in jacksonville has to hire all of the near failures when it comes to nurses and staffing as i have never been so badly treated in my life. well i wrote an 11 page letter to the administration of Univ of Florida and wheni went to my follow up appts last week to 2 of my doctors it was Mrs. Murray can i help you, Mrs Murray this is my direct line, and also there were lots of new faces in the urologist office. The interventional radiologist found a a very large blood clot in my right arm however they still put the picc line in and DID NOT TELL ANY OF MY DOCTORS, more heads rolling. fortunately i got very sick > here and had to be hositalized in pensacola for a kideny infection 2 weeks after coming home and my own doctor here is treating my blood clot. i have had lots of communication with the univ and hte hosp. it is nice to see that my letter made such an impact. > also, as many of you know during hte times of my surgery and staying with carol in jacksonville, my mil was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, donnie left her oct 12 to get me to jacksonville, oct 16th, and we left carol's on the 26th of oct. again thanks carol!!!! we got a call at 4pm oct 28 that mil was bad, at 10pm we got call for donnie to go now so we talked on the phone all nite while he drove, thank goodness for cingulair mobile to mobile minutes!!! mil died on halloween. thank you for all that sent letters i tried ot answer each one that donna forwarded to me, but again, thanks for everything it was so wonderful. i shared them with donnie and his brother kenneth who is now permanently living with us. donnie and i are in a very bad financial way, we are struggling, sissy as you all know i called her my duaghter, and judy donnies sister that stayed with us, robbed from the store to pay for her drug habit we didnt know asbout. sissy also stole from us, the store > kept having things gone but zero in sales. so they both were stealing from us. so what we had in savings between donnie going to tenn and us going to jacksonville for me ot the doctor and havfing to pay not only our household bills but the store bills as well. we are in deep doodoos. donnies job where he thought he was going to learn how to drive a tow truck his hours have only been 8 hours a week can't live on that. my best friends mom is trying to sell her house so donnie and kenneth have been paid to paint and clean up the yard too so that helps. but starting next monday as donnie has another weeks worth of work at jennies mom he and kenneth are going to work for one of thsoe places that you get paid cash daily they both are gonna keep the minumum and give me the most to get ahead and then when donnie goes in may to trucking school kenneth will keep owrking at the cash place to keep bills going. donnie wil finish trucking school july3 and his best friend melvin has > already recommended him to work at the same compnay he does so we already have taht lined up. he will be gone 3 weeks a month but kenneth will be living with me and we both will be fine. and then we wiell dig out of this whole, the kids are now working full time at teh store earning the RV and that is starting to take care of its own again slowly, > well i am sure i burdened your ears enough. hugs. sharon > > > > --------------------------------- > Looking for last minute shopping deals?
