Guest guest
Hi Virginia, I take Cymbalta for neuropathic pain. My dose was increased 2 months ago from 60mg to 90mg. I did have some side effects with the increase. I, had nausea, I could not sleep, and I was very moody. I contacted my doctor after a few days and she said maybe we increased it too much too soon. She called in a script for a 20 mg pill. I took that for 1 month. The side effects were still with me just not as bad. After that month I went back up to the extra 30mg for a total of 90mg. The side effects have gone away now. I have noticed some reduction in the neuropathic pain. I do not like the way the narcotics make me feel and I only take it when the pain gets very bad. The cymbalta has made a huge difference in the pain. It has been worth the side effects.
