Guest guest
I sent this earlier, but didn't see it go through..... so here goes again. I got this from a wonderful woman who has WLS a couple months ago.... on another list. Hugs, Diet Jello dessert Place a 4 qt. sauce pan with 4 cups water on stove and bring to boil. While water is coming to boil you can make pudding mixture. 2 WalMart brand 3.4 oz. sugar free instant French vanilla pudding mix 2 cups skim milk 2 WalMart brand 6 oz. sugar free yogurt and mix well. Set aside. 4 sm. packages WalMart sugar free Jello (same flavor as yogurt) 1 (1 1/2lb.) WalMart fat free cottage cheese 1 16oz. can crushed pineapple in it's own juice, no sugar added 2 sm. cans drained mandarin oranges if you want for the orange. When the water comes to a rolling boil stir it to form a whirlpool in the pan.Slowly add the Jello to one side of the whirlpool and stir until clear. The water and Jello will boil up but just keep stirring fast, checking for any Jello that is not dissolved and clinging to the side of the pan. Remove the pan from heat and add the cottage cheese, pineapple with juice, and if you want, mandarin orange, stir well. You can either add all the pudding mix to the Jello mixture or save half to top the dessert after it's set. Either way is good. This recipe makes 16 6 oz. servings, about 115 calories each, and 7gr. protein each. Store in yogurt containers. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
